Shipping + Returns
Orders are usually fulfilled within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) before being sent out. Shipping time depends on the carrier, and you’ll receive tracking once your order is on its way.
We can’t accept returns on opened items, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.
Please double-check your address at checkout, and note that once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it’s out of our hands—though we’ll always do our best to help if something goes missing.
