1.5 hr | $99–$133 Includes one 30- 45 minute follow-up (to be used within 4–6 weeks) We offer a sliding scale to help make herbal care more accessible, knowing that we each move through life with different levels of financial ease and challenge. Our first session is a space for deep listening — we’ll explore your health story, goals, and the rhythms of your daily life. Afterward, you’ll receive personalized herbal recommendations and resources. The included follow-up helps us check in on how things are unfolding and adjust your care as needed. ❁ Please choose the rate that feels right for your current situation, trusting that those who are able to pay on the higher end help make this work sustainable and make this care accessible for others in the community.
